THE STAFF WAS FROM THE FRONT DESK TO THE BREAKFAST HELP WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.
OUR ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED ON THE FIRST DAY. THE SHOWER HEAD SPRAYED WATER ALL OVER THE BATHROOM AND ON THE LAST DAY THE CEILING ABOVE THE TUB WAS PEELING AND FALLING DOWN.

Simple hotel with free wi-fi, the location was easy to the Mall of America. The rooms were decent sized and updated, we had a very nice time there. Cereal and eggs provided for breakfast was good! Location: the venue was really close to downtown sites and local restaurants and Minneapolis, MN for business or pleasure.
